How to generate a PFP collection from layers

Updated 3 Nov 2026

A PFP (profile picture) collection is built from layers: a background, a body, eyes, hats. The PFP Studio on BlackVeMarket combines them into unique pieces in your browser and exports everything you need to launch.

Open the PFP Studio

Generate your collection

  1. 1Add your layersCreate a layer for each part of your character and upload the variations of that part.
  2. 2Give every variation a weightA higher weight makes a variation more common, a lower weight makes it rare. Optional layers can be skipped by some pieces.
  3. 3Set the size of the collectionChoose how many pieces to generate and the size of the images.
  4. 4Preview and generateLook at a preview, then generate. The studio works in your browser, so your layers stay on your computer.
  5. 5Export the images and the metadataYou get the images and the matching metadata files, with the traits and rarity of every piece.
  6. 6Launch itTake the result to the Launchpad wizard, set your phases and deploy.

Tips for a collection that sells

  • Keep every layer at the same canvas size so they line up.
  • Make rare traits really different, not just a small change of colour.
  • Generate a few more than you plan to use, so you can drop pieces you do not like.
  • Check the metadata before you deploy; the wizard lists missing files for you.
